We provide legal consultancy both in the transactions related to the ownership and possesion of our clients real estates, in transactions such as obtaining and reviewing permissions for construction, licenses and plans for the construction to be carried out on these real estates, as well as in legal matters within the scope of property law or leases regarding the utilization of those real estates.
In this context, based on our experience in the field, we provide all kinds of legal services regarding the real estate owned by our clients including; making the necessary applications, examining the zoning status of the relevant real estate, evaluation of 1/1.000, 1/5.000, 1/25.000 or other larger or smaller scale plans, licenses and projects; preparation of documents for legal transactions such as real estate sales contracts, preliminary contract for real estate sales and other documents, promises and agreements; in the event of an infringement of the ownership of the property, conducting legal proceedings such as the prohibition of intervention and compensation (ecrimisil) claims; or in the case of joint or shared ownership status of the property, the resolution of the partnership (izale-i şuyu) lawsuits and carrying out all kinds of processes requested in line with our experience in the field of property, construction and zoning law regarding real estates.
