In the application; the name, surname and if the application is written; the signature, for the Citizens of the Republic of Turkey T.C. Identity Number, nationality for foreigners, passport number and identification number, if any, place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, if any, telephone number and subject of request must be specified. Information and documents related to the subject are also attached to the application.
In the application containing your explanations regarding the right that you have as the "Data Subject" whose personal data is processed and that you will make and request to exercise the above-mentioned rights; the subject you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request is related to yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be authorized and document your authority, the application must contain your identity and address information, and documents confirming your identity must be attached to the application.
Your applications within this scope will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. These applications are free of charge. However; if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
